Routine dental check-ups and cleaning will prevent dental disease and bad breath.
Many pets can now have their teeth cleaned without anesthesia!. If left unchecked tartar accumulation will lead to gingivitis, or inflammation of the gums, which can cause your pet discomfort.
These initial changes, if untreated, will often lead to periodontal disease.

Periodontal disease is a condition of gum recession, bacterial infection and loosening of the tooth's vital attachments.
Periodontal disease has been linked to infections of the heart, kidney, liver and urinary bladder in both humans
and animals. In addition to dental cleaning periodontal disease requires special care from your veterinarian.
By adhering to a routine of brushing and dental cleaning, to prevent tartar build-up and gingivitis, reduces the
chance of periodontal disease, and ensures our pet's health.
